The First United Community Room is a regional public community room designed to provide a meeting space for organizations and individuals working together to solve community issues and create a healthier Texoma. Located on the TCF campus, the space can comfortably accommodate up to 49 people and is equipped with 12 tables and an 82-inch smart TV for interactive and productive gatherings.
The hospitality kitchen amenities include a refrigerator, ice maker, microwave, warming drawers, coffeemaker, and dishwasher. Those using the room and/or caterers will need to supply linens, dinnerware, serving pieces, napkins, cups, towels, etc.
Each request for use of the community meeting room will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. The room is not available for social, religious or political functions including parties, weddings, showers, and musical performances.
Hours of Operation:
Monday – Friday
7 am – 5 pm (Except Holidays)
Other hours/days will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. A designated group representative is asked to check in with TCF staff upon arrival and check out before leaving.
