To provide behavioral interventions and support to individuals and families in our local community.
Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASA)
To further develop the current volunteer program, as well as recruit, train, and manage new volunteers in order to meet the needs of abused and neglected children in Grayson County.
Child & Family Guidance Center
To increase access to outpatient mental healthcare for underprivileged families who are uninsured or primarily Medicaid/CHIP insured and to address the mental health workforce shortage.
Fannin County Children’s Center
To improve access to specialized medical exams and mental health services for victims of child abuse and provide children in foster care with a trained volunteer advocate along with child abuse prevention training for adults.
Grayson County Children’s Advocacy Center
To support counseling services and help families through use of internships to complete psychology degrees. The project’s focus is to improve access to primary, preventive and follow up care for residents of Grayson County.
Greater Texoma Health Clinic
To continue to provide health and wellness services to the uninsured and underserved men, women and children with an emphasis on pediatrics.
To support Camp Dragonfly provided for grieving children through Camp Dragonfly and to support Charity Hospice Care for under and uninsured families.
House of Eli
To furnish a house that will house nine high-risk homeless boys each year and to fill an additional staff position as a house parent.
Oklahoma Dental Foundation
To continue an externship for fourth year dental students from the University of Oklahoma College of Dentistry who would work at no cost on patients in areas with underserved dental needs including Marshall and Bryan Counties.
Southwestern Diabetic Foundation (Camp Sweeney)
To provide age appropriate diabetes management skills to campers, to motivate campers to care for their diabetes and to provide financial assistance to families in Grayson, Fannin, Bryan and Marshall Counties.
Texoma Regional Blood Center
To assist in the capital purchase of two Trima Accel apheresis machines to continue to support area patients at hospitals.
The Rehabilitation Center
To bring fall risk assessment and education through the purchase and use of the Biodex Balance System SD equipment and software.
Your Health Clinic
To purchase equipment to perform in-office EKGs to assist physicians with diagnostic testing.
Wiseman Ministries, Inc.
To remodel existing facility that will house a life recovery program for men.
ECU at Southeastern
For scholarships for doctorate level nurses
To increase the number of registered nurses working in the service area and help develop and retain the nursing workforce.
Grayson County Women’s Crisis Line, Inc.
To aid in training Office of the Attorney General certified Sexual Assault Nurse Examiners.
